A retrieval assistant over our internal docs, runbooks and Notion so new joiners can self-serve answers in week one.

The problem

New joiners spend their first weeks asking colleagues where things live and how processes work. We want a grounded assistant over our internal documentation — Notion, runbooks, the eng handbook — that answers process questions with citations, and says "I don't know, ask #people-ops" when it isn't sure.
