The board locks for new problems. Voting and team sign-ups continue.

Leads claim problems & teams form
Anyone can claim a problem as lead and set a team size (3–6). People opt in to build.
31 Jul
Teams confirmed
Problems with a lead and at least 3 people are confirmed to build, shared company-wide.
