Kill the 3-hour lag in the Salesforce → Snowflake pipeline

Re-architect the nightly sync so commercial dashboards reflect reality by 8am, not lunchtime.

The problem

The current nightly Salesforce → Snowflake sync runs late and leaves morning dashboards stale until midday. We want to move the highest-value objects to a near-real-time sync (Fivetran or CDC) and prove dashboards can be trustworthy first thing in the morning.
