The problem

Today a critical finding detected overnight can sit in the worklist until the morning reporting session. For time-critical findings (pneumothorax, free air) that delay matters. We want a service that takes a high-confidence critical flag from Annalise CXR, looks up the on-call rota, and pushes a push/SMS alert with a one-tap link to the study — closing the loop from detection to a human in minutes.
